Kids Loved the Pool

“This hotel understands what families need. My kids had a blast in the indoor water park! It was well-designed with slides that were perfectly sized for them. Plus, they could swim without feeling cold, which made for two daily visits. My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were not up to par for the price I paid. Construction noise and disarray overshadowed our experience. However, the dining at the steakhouse was a highlight, and we had some great services despite the busy atmosphere.

My stay at the Kananaskis Lodge was truly exceptional! From the moment I checked in, the attentive staff made me feel welcome, and the Nordic Spa was a highlight unlike any other I've experienced in my travels. The location is perfect for escaping the hustle of Banff while still being close to many outdoor activities. However, the dining options during off-peak times could be improved, and there were a few service hiccups that impacted the experience slightly. Overall, an unforgettable getaway for relaxation and adventure!

I had an incredible experience at the resort, enjoying the Nordic Spa package which was both relaxing and well-organized. The surroundings were pristine, and the food at the Blacktail Lounge was delicious, even though I wished I had made a dinner reservation earlier. However, I did notice the absence of certain amenities like a balcony or fireplace in our room, which would have enhanced the experience further.
